Project Activities:
With the success of the Namsigguia Village project last year and Phase 2, we are pleased to now continue with Phase 3 to provide safe water and sanitation for more people in the Séguénéga region of Yatenga Province. This rural region is northwest of the capital city of Ouagadougou in the department of Ouahigouya. The communities, with support and expertise of local partner DAP/LS, are motivated to improve conditions with water and latrines being a vital step towards this goal.
- Construction of three new traditional wells for Bakou, Gambo and Koukabako
- Construction of three latrines for Bakou, Gambo and Koukabako
- Establish and train village water committees
